Project Examples

Students could conduct a stakeholder assessments that explore both internal and external groups that would be involved in the change management process. Changes such as implementing a new technology, a change in organizational structure, or a change to service delivery are examples of the types of projects our students can work on. We can compile an analysis of impact, benefits, and potential resistance to change, as well as recommendations of how to effectively engage these groups to support successful change implementation.
