My experience working with the financial operations team at Elan Healthcare Inc. during the Advance Ontario: April 2025 Cohort was highly positive and rewarding. The team was professional, supportive, and communicative throughout the project. They provided clear guidance and were open to collaboration, which helped me effectively navigate complex accounting tasks, including transaction review, reconciliation, and categorization. Elan Healthcare’s commitment to financial accuracy and data integrity was evident, and I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to such important work in a healthcare setting. The project allowed me to develop practical skills with QuickBooks and strengthened my understanding of financial workflows under real-world conditions. Overall, working with Elan Healthcare Inc. was an enriching experience that enhanced my technical competencies and professional growth.
