The main goal of this project is to build upon previous a Springboard UX/UI team's work based on their final report and recommendations for a subscription-based SaaS platform solution for creative writers:

Project Plan- Identify goals, milestones, and set a timeline for the project

Review requirements and existing designs- Familiarize themselves with the product goal and previous project work to understand the requirements, designs, and feedback that already exists, and to identify gaps to be filled in the next stage.

The list of specific tasks and activities will be taken directly from the previous team's recommendations and final report, but should generally include components such as:

• A/B Usability Testing
• Expand on other pages and product features
• Include a user profile - with *Verified User* Feature
• This platform is about 80% done, and would need another month of testing and product development before public release

In order to support learners effectively in completing this project, we will:

• Prepare Resources: Provide any relevant resources and assets needed for the project in advance of the kick-off call.

• Milestone Check-In Calls: Maintain regular check-in calls to discuss progress, address questions, and ensure that the project remains on track.

• Responsive Communication: Be reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure that learners do not encounter any roadblocks during the project.

• Job Search Materials: Allow learners to showcase the work they contribute to our project in their job search materials, such as portfolios or resumes.

• By offering these forms of support, we aim to create a collaborative and productive environment for the learners.
