Silver Homes is a property management solution designed for everyday property owners and investors. Our guiding principles:

PROJECT SCOPE - PHASE 1
We have launched a new business and we are looking for support in building and executing our sales strategy. We have already collected the market research, including identification of the target customer, key pain points and segmentation in terms of:
- Individual property owners (owning between 2-10 properties)
- Small property management companies (manage between 2-100 properties on behalf of different owners)
- Large property management companies (manage and in some cases own 100+ properties)
Key activities:
1. Design our sales funnel (generate and qualify leads)
- Define the stages to qualify and convert leads
- Build a database of potential leads across all segments through online research and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
2. Design communication approach (engagement process)
- Prepare communication templates to leverage across each stage of the sales funnel (we'll provide a starting point)
- Test it with actual customers
3. Design outreach campaign
- Design scripts to engage potential leads
- Connect with potential leads to introduce our product and schedule demos
- Help us design the demo scripts and content
4. Design outreach campaign
- Setup CRM system that will be provided
- Manage leads
- Optimize campaign and process

We have fully designed the sales process with key workflows, inputs, and desired outcomes, we need someone to help us execute.
Additionally, we can provide access to internal documentation of other information about the company as needed as well as access to key contacts, as required.
The team will have access to:
- Onboarding and introduction to the whole team.
- Walkthrough the company vision, product development, sales approach and website mockups
- Regular touchpoints (weekly or even twice a week).
- Coaching and support from both business and technical professionals.
