The primary objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive Go to Market (GTM) strategy for the Door Face Panels, a revolutionary smart door system with interchangeable panels. Students will explore various aspects of marketing, sales, and customer engagement to create a strategic plan for successfully introducing and promoting the product in the market.


This will involve several different steps for the students, including:


- Conducting market research to understand the target audience and competition.


- Developing a marketing and sales strategy to effectively promote the product.


- Creating customer engagement plans to build brand awareness and loyalty.


- Identifying distribution channels and pricing strategies for the product.


Deliverables

By the end of the project, students should complete the following list of activities:

  • Define the unique selling propositions (USPs) of Door Face Panels.

Door Face Panels is a fresh startup aiming to bring smart doors with interchangeable faces to the masses. The Door has just been patented and there are many IoT devices, creative patterns, user friendly APPs, insulation and useful utilities added to these doors. Prime target market is residential entrance doors but there are many more interior, commercial and institutional door applications for the DFP.
