The main goal of our project is to establish a dedicated project management team to oversee and coordinate the website development and UX/UI design activities for Mchuzi Lodge. The project aims to ensure the successful delivery of a visually appealing, user-friendly website that effectively showcases Mchuzi Lodge's services, attracts potential customers, and enhances their overall experience.

The project management team will be responsible for assigning tasks to the development and design teams, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget, and ensuring seamless collaboration between team members. Their role will be crucial in ensuring that the website development and UX/UI design align with Mchuzi Lodge's branding, goals, and customer expectations.

Mchuzi Lodge's success and redesigned platform will serve as a blueprint for future expansions. We plan to offer tours, airport shuttles and chauffeur services. The Mchuzi Lodge website would be utilized by local people in Zimbabwe and International tourists or travellers to offer the same user-friendly interface, features, and marketplace functionality to compete with major e-commerce platforms such as Hotels.com or delta-hotels.marriott.com
