We want students to help us develop a marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We’d like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us.

Student teams will address industry-specific concerns as well as broader elements of marketing best practices to provide a meaningful contribution to our firm’s decision-making process related to the launch of a new service in a new market.

The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following:

  • How should we promote our company?
  • What channels should we utilize?
  • What messaging should we use?
Deliverables

Final deliverables can come in the form of a report and/or presentation:

  • Research and recommendations relating to the launch of a new service in a new market.
  • Assessments of the market situation of the service(s).
  • External and internal environmental scanning.
  • Market segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Marketing strategies
Mentorship

Students will work closely with the managing partner who is supervising and available for questions. This will also include occasional progress meetings where adjustments to the students' tasks and duties can be made if necessary.
