We recently launched a new Wordpress based website and are looking for someone to help us maintain and improve it to hopefully be able to use it to get more leads/sales. Our hope is to continue to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to develop a new website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
Redesign website for family owned business
We want to have our Shopify-based website (www.kwempanadas.com) redesigned, it was made by us so it's quite primitive. We would like to improve the customer experience, even if it means moving from Shopify to another e-commerce vendor We also want to see ways to increase our social media presence, getting tips and recommendations on how to reach our target customers, SEO tips, etc
Soccer Programming Coordinator for Cloud North FC
The main goal for the project is to plan and execute soccer programming for the summer, leaving behind a program that can be replicated in the future. The ideal candidate should have experience managing programming, promoting on social media, sales, and marketing. This will involve several different steps for the Programs Coordinator, including: - Planning and organizing soccer programming for the summer, including scheduling, location selection, and activity planning. - Executing the planned soccer programming, ensuring smooth operations and high participant satisfaction. - Developing a marketing and promotion strategy for the soccer programming, including social media promotion and sales tactics. - Creating a detailed program outline and documentation that can be used as a template for future soccer programming.
SEO and Social Media Manager
Our team is looking to take our social media presence to the next level in order to drive traffic to our pages. To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Using our company’s social media analytics to tailor the content calendar to our customers activity, rather than general trends
Business Administration Intern
The primary focus for the student will be: (Remove any that don't apply) Strategy - Develop an implementation plan for entering a new market; develop a go-to-market strategy; identify new funding and grant opportunities, write proposals. Operations - Recommend process improvements or redesign processes; develop improvements to supply chain processes; introduce quality assurance into our internal processes. Marketing - Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy Sales - Design a new/improved prospecting process for our sales team; design a new/improved pricing or service structure and implement.
