Experience feedback
All communication during the project was conducted online. While the process functioned effectively, there was a lack of consistent engagement throughout the duration of the project. A mid-project check-in to address any questions or concerns would have been highly beneficial in ensuring alignment and progress. Such touchpoints would have provided a valuable opportunity to confirm that the project was on track and to address any potential challenges proactively.
