The main goal for the project is to analyze the current inventory system of CWI Alpha Technologies and identify areas for improvement.This will involve organizing and categorizing the existing inventory, implementing a digital system to track inventory levels, and creating a process for reordering and restocking inventory as needed.

Deliverables

- Analyzing the current inventory system and identifying areas for improvement.


- Creating a process for reordering and restocking inventory based on predefined thresholds.


- Identifying any inefficiencies in the current inventory management system.


- Researching and considering the best inventory model for CWI Alpha Technologies based on its specific needs.

Mentorship

I will help student to have Access to the tools , training on the tools , Mentorship training on data analysis . We will have regular meeting with the student and help them to understand the process.
