ReturnPal aims to simplify the online shopping returns process. We are seeking 2-4 digital tech learners for an 80-hour project focused on revamping our existing website, initiating the development of a mobile app, and creating valuable digital assets. This multifaceted project will offer learners hands-on experience in a range of digital tech roles.


Main Goals:

Revamp ReturnPal's existing website (both front-end and back-end).

Lay the foundation for mobile app development.

Create digital assets such as infographics, videos, and educational content.

Assess and improve our digital marketing efforts.


Deliverables

Tasks:

Website Revamping (Front-End & Back-End):


Audit the existing website for user experience and technical flaws.

Propose and implement changes to improve the front-end and back-end.

Mobile App Development:


Create a product requirement document for the mobile app.

Develop a prototype or wireframe.

Digital Assets Creation:


Design and create digital assets such as infographics and how-to videos.

Digital Marketing Strategy Development:


Conduct a digital audit of ReturnPal's online presence.

Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.

Project Management:


Create a project plan, including milestones, tasks, and deadlines.

Track progress against the plan and adjust as needed.

Learning Design:


Develop educational materials (like FAQs and tutorials) that can serve as digital assets and improve user experience.

Mentorship

Check-ins: We'll hold weekly or bi-weekly meetings to discuss progress, upcoming tasks, and any challenges encountered.


Technical Support: We can offer constructive feedback on technical issues based on our experience.


Dedicated Mentor: A senior team member will serve as a mentor to provide ongoing guidance and insights.


Resource Access: Learners will have access to necessary software, data, or other company resources to complete the project.


This approach ensures that learners have the necessary support and resources to successfully complete the project.
