I am an experienced project manager who worked in well established PMOs as well as startups. I mainly focused on building out new PMOs and process improvement. I worked on client facing side also managing customer success teams. I see a huge lack of emotional intelligence which is hindering the relationships with clients and internal teams. This is why AppyYo was created to understand the client and their needs and to provide them support in this digital transformation journey.
