The management team is supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities for professional development. My only suggestion for improvement would be to streamline communication between departments to enhance efficiency.

I learnt a lot in my experience with working on ReturnPal as part of their Development team. It was a pleasure to work with Hasan-Ali and other students/recent grads in learning new technologies and building the website! One area that could use improvement in the future is communication within the web dev team. Providing a meeting schedule and outlining realistic timelines for deliverables will greatly help those who have full-time jobs and other commitments to plan accordingly. Furthermore, providing some sort of onboarding instructions that include all required resources (GitHub repos, Figma details, deadlines, etc.) will greatly reduce confusion on project needs and will provide clarity to individual team members and their tasks. Overall I'm very grateful for the experience to apply what I've learnt to a real website and intriguing project. I'm excited to see the success of ReturnPal once it launches!

My time here with ReturnPal was interesting, engaging and thought provoking. Research on a couple of technologies that were unfamiliar was fun to do. Hasan was always in communication with his team, and clearly laid out his expectations for the project. Communication between teams could be improved

Hasan is an amazing person and provides opportunities for those who are looking to grow into the tech sector! I personally worked on website development using tech like Next.js, React, Node and Stripe! It was truly an amazing learning experience and I'd love to come back and see how the completed projects end up!

Working as part of the Where2Visit team was an incredibly valuable, positive, and enriching experience. Tasks were assigned with skill level and preference taken into account which translated to getting to do the work that I love while continuing to challenge myself to continue learning.

I enjoyed working with ReturnPal - there was never a shortage of tasks to complete and I feel the tasks I worked on helped build my skills as a full-stack developer. I learned more about NextJS, TypeScript, React, and using Git in a team project setting.
