Working with Élan Healthcare over the course of this Project was a highly valuable and positive experience. I was welcomed into the team with clear expectations and a well-defined project scope, which made it easier to understand my responsibilities from the beginning. One of the most rewarding aspects of this experience was the opportunity to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting using QuickBooks Online. I gained hands-on experience with transaction categorization, financial recordkeeping, and reconciliation—skills that are essential for any aspiring accounting professional. The exposure to company processes also helped me understand how accurate bookkeeping supports strategic financial decisions. I would like to especially thank my mentor, who consistently provided support, timely feedback, and encouragement throughout the project. The weekly check-ins were very effective in maintaining progress and ensuring quality. Having access to resources, such as sample reports and templates, significantly enhanced my learning experience.

Working with Dr. Saharkhiz, was a valuable experience. I got the opportunities to collaborate with a creative team, tap into diverse aspects of social media marketing, understand the "behind-the-scenes" process of creating and posting content, and communicating digitally with a multidisciplinary team.
