Project Goals: Promote The Training Library Membership : Increase awareness and engagement for The Training Library , a leadership development membership program designed for women leaders in the nonprofit sector. Create Evergreen Content : Develop a month's worth of high-quality, reusable content that aligns with the themes of The Training Library and can be recycled throughout the year to maintain consistent promotion. Strengthen Social Media Presence : Enhance my visibility and impact on Instagram, focusing on engaging the target audience of women leaders in nonprofits. This will help build momentum leading up to the launch of my next book in March 2025. Drive Engagement and Interaction : Encourage meaningful interactions with my target audience through visually appealing carousels, informative posts, and compelling Instagram Reels that resonate with the challenges and goals of women leaders. I aim to inspire people to "touch" my content—whether by commenting, sharing, or sending me direct messages. Build Brand Identity : Consistently reflect my brand's casual yet professional tone, fostering an emotional connection with my audience and reinforcing my identity as a trusted leadership development coach. Evaluate and Improve Content Strategy : Assess current social media strategies, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes that enhance content performance and audience engagement. I'm always open to feedback and continuous learning.

Strengthen Social Media Presence : Enhance my visibility and impact as an author on Instagram, focusing on engaging the target audience of women leaders in nonprofits. Virtual Book Promotion Plan for "Character Driven Leadership for Women"
Kathy Archer is seeking to expand the reach of her upcoming publication, "Character Driven Leadership for Women: A 5-Step Guide to Shape Your Nonprofit Management Style with Strong Values, Ethics and Morals." The project will be to develop a comprehensive business and marketing plan to promote the upcoming book promote the course attached to/promoted in the book. This plan will focus on virtual strategies , encouraging innovative and creative approaches to virtual book promotion. Kathy will not be doing any in-person events. The plan must include identifying podcast opportunities crafting a promotional summary for podcast outreach proposing virtual events and potential partners brainstorming other creative and unconventional marketing ideas to maximize the book's reach and engagement The goal of this project is to create a comprehensive virtual business plan t hat effectively promotes the book to a wide audience worldwide, particularly in Canada, the USA, Europe and Australia. The project will research current market trends in virtual book promotions, identify key target audiences in the nonprofit sector and develop innovative strategies to engage potential readers. Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing principles and digital tools to craft a plan that includes social media campaigns, virtual events, and partnerships with relevant organizations. The ultimate aim is to increase the book's visibility and sales while reinforcing Silver River Coaching's brand as a leader in nonprofit leadership development.
